What others have wondered about therapy for phobias

 
  • Therapy will be tailored exactly to you and your needs.

    Typically, we’ll spend some time talking about what’s been going on for you, and then you’ll be gently guided into hypnosis to make positive changes at a subconscious level.

    For some sessions I will give you a recording of the hypnosis to listen to at home between appointments.

  • Everyone is unique, and it depends on you and the nature of your phobia, but it is helpful to have a feel for how many sessions we may work together for.

    Most simple phobias can be successfully treated within four sessions. Sometimes more sessions are needed, and this can be the case if you’re also suffering with anxiety more generally, or you’d like help with a more complex phobia, such as agoraphobia or claustrophobia.

    I can give a more personalised indication of how many sessions you’re likely to need in your free 30 minute consultation.

  • No therapist can guarantee that therapy will be 100% successful in all cases, as results depend on active collaboration by you, but I have worked with many people to help them successfully overcome their phobias, and I can guarantee you will receive the same utmost level of expertise, care and support from me.
